Great Escapes

LA is home.  Keeps us buys, happy and smiling all the time.  BUT sometimes it is all you can do but go crazy seeing the traffic, balancing schedules, and going going going.  So, we have come up with two of my favorite conclusions.. Palm Springs and Santa Barbara.

Palm Springs

HOT, quiet, dry, shopping, AMAZING mussels, croquet, laying out, spa days, long walks, fire pits, palm trees... desert perfection.

Santa Barbara

coolish, ocean, waves, horse back riding, canyon drives, shopping, laying out, pool, spa days, yummy french toast, spanish everything, quiet, classy.... beach side perfection.

Both so different from the other (minus some reoccuring quiet, spa days, shopping, pools, and laying out- things that would make mars look appealing to me) but both make my heart skip a beat when a visit is on the books.
