Idaho

GRADUATIONS, FIRST BIRTHDAYS AND EASTER.... OH MY!

This past weekend I went to Idaho to spend some much needed time with my amazing family.  I am so in love with each member of my family and time spent with them is some of my best spent time ever.

GRADUATION
Friday was Martin's graduation (that I sadly missed).  We are SO very proud of him.  To give you a background, this impressive brother-in-law of mine moved to the US and learned how to speak English 4 years ago.  Went to BYU-ID on a full ride scholarship and maintained A's and B's throughout his entire education career.  He has been working full time to provide for his family all while continuing to go to school full time.  So far he has been promoted at Melaluca (his company) some like 8 times and is now in a great managing position.  During his school/work stint he found and met my sister and made her his wife.  And had his first child, my adorable nephew Calvin.  All of this while making people smile everyday with his wit and being a wonderful husband, father, son and brother.  We love you Martin!

CALVIN'S 1ST BIRTHDAY
I want to make a Happy Birthday Calvin post and talk about his perfection there.  So instead I will take this opportunity to show the festivities of celebration.  How cute is that cake Les made?!  She is so crafty.

(Calvin with his Grandma "Ummm".  He LOVES his Grandma)
(Naked time!  Boy does he like being free.  So cute!)

EASTER
For Easter Sunday my family and I enjoyed a delicious lunch, Easter baskets done by "bunny" (the mom), and took a long walk together.  I love my time with all of them.  There are no words to express my gratitude for the family I was given.  I am so lucky.  Meanwhile while I was in Idaho with my family, Nate had the missionaries over for Easter dinner and lessons.  I am very grateful Nate and I have the gospel in our lives and for the holiday of Easter to recognize the blessings we have been given and the sacrifices that have been made for us.

These Pics are of Belle and I on our bus ride from Salt Lake City to Idaho Falls.  Three solid hours of horsing around.  LOL.
{I TRIED A LITTLE PHOTO SHOP ACTION.  VERY ARTSY OF ME :).  THIS WAS BELLE AND I WAITING AT THE BUS STOP.  MY MOMENT OF HOMLESSNESS}
