We have a Bachelorette!

Last weekend marked the beginning of the Karly/Ryan wedding festivities with their bachelor and bachelorette parties.  I cant speak much for the boy's weekend, though by the sounds of it they sent Ryan out of Bachelor-hood in style.

The ladies didn't do too shabby either.  Karly's party consisted of beach time (turned out to be a little too chilly for our liking so we only lasted like 15 min), mexican lunch, shopping and then a fiesta at Aunt Patty's.  Nate's family knows how to get down, and with Grandma, Mom, Aunts, Cousins and Sisters... Karly was given a weekend of laughter and memories.  I have to say the highlight for me was the party at Patty's.  All of your good 'ol bachelorette games were played, there was pizza and desserts of all kinds, and we were even paid a little visit from the paramedic Blake (Planned visit.  Uncomfortable visit.  Hysterical visit). 

Because you are not supposed to bachelorette and tell... I will only say this... the group of us chicas share images and stories that will forever be tatoo'd in our memories.  And thank goodness for that. :)

I was so happy to be able to make Karl'y requested Rice Crispy cake.  It turned out different than I had in my mind, but she liked it... and that's all that matters right?

This little dude was the only male attending our party.  Maybe we scared him for life?
