The weekend of our baby shower happened to be the weekend of Calvin's birthday, which was being celebrated in California. We were so excited to be able to spend some time with this darling family. I have said it before, and will say it again... being with my sisters is high on the list of favorite things in the world. Add in their perfect children and husbands... I am one happy camper.
The day after the baby shower we met the Casariegos in Irvine. We played in a park, went to downtown Disney, ate at the rainforest café, and had cake at their hotel room. I loved spending time with them, and so wish they lived closer. My little Calvin is such a doll, and Corina is on my "to conquer" list since she really only cares for mom. She is too stinking adorable to not want to get her to love you. It will happen Corina, mark my words, you WILL love your Aunt Yayo and Uncle Nate.
3 year old Calvin is so independent and friendly with kids. The second we got to the playground, he was off. Making friends, running around... loving life. He kept asking me to take pictures of him running... so here they are. He then took the camera from me and requested I run so he could take pictures of me. 8 month pregnant lady running... those pictures are not going to make the blog cut.
Calvin LOVES Parker. Parker is learning about kids. This would be one of their loving hugs..
