We are only seven months away from the wedding day!!! I cant even believe it. Someone pinch me! So far sooo good with the planning, not even one bridezilla moment- I am proud of myself. We have our venue, live music, dress, photographers, our invitations (THANK YOU Leslie- you are so so talented and we LOVE what you are doing for us), cake (THANK YOU Hannah you are going to make such a masterpiece), and theme locked down. And as of this past weekend we are about ready to lock down our caterers, party rental company and florist. PHEWF. I couldn't be more of a kid in a candy shop with putting this all together. We have decided on the colors of off white, grey and a sprinkle of green, with a very romantic rustic feel. Dark wood BIG tables, tan runners, white plates, tivoly lights, chandeliers, Frank Sinatra songs floating through the air... I am so thrilled.
We had Barbara and Brent come with us to some of our meetings this weekend, and had a blast. They got so excited about it all too which made it all the more fun for me. Our party rental company is with a dear friend of Nate's and mine and I am so excited to be working with her. Our florist is a florist to the big wigs of LA (Caruso, the Hiltons, some of the Real Housewives of BH, to name a few) so I can not wait to see what his mastermind comes up with for our big day. And our food... well we are doing a Mexican buffet from Frida's here in LA. Taste testing may have been the most fun thing I have ever done... and most filling :).
Next on the list... DJ, photo booth company, wedding coordinator, and then alllll the details...
